What

GuestImageReader rejects a guest module whose PT_DYNAMIC size omits the terminating (0,0) entry with Unterminated dynamic segment. test_dynamic_segment.py already pins this for --skip-sce-module and for module_with_needed trailing bytes; the guest_none_relocations harness did not. This adds one invalid-case entry that shrinks the declared dynamic segment size by one entry (same technique as module-partial-terminator in test_dynamic_segment.py) for both plain ELF and SCE-tagged fixtures.

Tested

macOS arm64, upstream/main 99791c5c5d, Python 3.13, relinker-only Release -DANYPS5_RELINKER_ONLY=ON -DBUILD_TESTING=ON:

• ctest -R guest_none_relocations: pass (new unterminated-dynamic-segment for sce=False/True).
• ctest -j 8 -E vulkan_validation_gate: 526/526.
• python3 tools/check_conventions.py --base upstream/main: passed.
• python3 tools/pr_overlap.py --branch test/unterminated-guest-dynamic-segment: merge-order with test(relinker): pin invalid guest lifecycle function relocation #13711–test: pin duplicate guest dynamic tag rejection #13741 family on the same test file; disjoint invalid-case names.
