Our `sceSslInit` returns the kernel `EINVAL` for 0 (added in commit 2798e6a6fd), but neither that commit nor the libSceSsl entries say a console run measured it. Which result is right is not decided. Twenty-nine of the 53 local titles import `sceHttpInit`.
