What

docs/dev/debt/libc.md has two "Call tracing" entries. The older one says "Nothing passes imports through TraceImport_nid_no_patch yet, so no title is traced". That stopped being true with 430e5c8 (feat(relinker): add --trace-imports for Windows executables), which wires imports through the tracer and added the second, current entry without removing the first. This PR removes the stale entry. The remaining entry already covers everything else the old one said.

(libSceNpPartner001.md also has a duplicated entry; #6049 already removes it, so it is left alone here.)

Docs only. tools/check_conventions.py --base origin/main passes. --trace-imports is wired in core/relinker/cli/src/CliArgs.cpp and WindowsEntryStubBuilder.cpp.
