The launch-day card redesign, driven by real dogfooding on the Fable-week data.

What changed

  • Dusk is the default theme — the seshy launch film's road scene, re-rendered portrait by the film's own software-3D engine and baked as a 226KB JPEG (pixel parity with the video; no browser in the card render path). Six neon themes remain via --theme.
  • 8 tiles, not 6 — a 2×4 grid. Default card now leads with leverage stats (projects, lines of code, commits, cached tokens, words-back ratio) and closes with the funny scorelines (apologies extracted-vs-issued, F-bombs). Values/labels auto-fit the narrower tiles.
  • Yearbook titles already shipped in 0.2.0's earlier work; the dusk hero renders title + receipt.
  • Summary box mirrors the card — same gated tile pick, so the terminal screenshot and the PNG never disagree.
  • Pink stats + hero label, gold yearbook/footer, teal kicker — cool pops against the warm scene, matching the film's caption highlights.

Testing

23 tests green (pool logic, writers, determinism, scope, yearbook). Rendered across all seven themes and four cuts on real Fable-week data. Regeneration script for the backdrop committed to seshy-video2 (scripts/portrait-still.mjs).

Bumps seshy-wrapped to 0.2.0. Ships as the default npx seshy-wrapped card.
