按照之前给的建议,对功能进行了重写
在web前端,加了一个通知栏,配置了就可以发邮件通知了
代码部分,使用单例邮件通知器
然后发送逻辑 之前说放到account的do_daily,看到现在这个接口在 ModuleManager,就也放在了ModuleManager
