   已在 PR #82 实现：新增 chaitin-cli version 子命令（同时支持 chaitin-cli --version），并在 Taskfile/CI 中通过 -ldflags 注入真实版本号，未注入时回退到 Go 构建信息。

   • PR: add version command with build-time version injection (CHAITINCLI-13, close #80) #82
   • 示例：chaitin-cli version → v2609.3.0；自行 go build 无版本信息时显示 dev（有 git 信息时为 dev+<commit>）。
