Contact link for admins

In the privacy policy, you can offer contact email. it is a non-clickable string, and chatmail addresses will not actually be able to write to it. This doesn't make much sense and goes back to a time before e2ee was enforced inside the server.

We could:

• add a config.admin_contact link which can be a Delta invite link
• include a team-bot in the deployment, and add its contact link to the page

don't think going for more bot deployments is an easy way forward. I'd rather keep it separate for now. Also, if the server is not working chances are the team-bot / mail delivery also doesn't work.

Let's maybe first solve it for the privacy contact? Whether you can contact the admin is a separate story -- people can already do it on their relays' web pages. By default, it could be enough to modify the existing privacy_mail setting to allow an invite link and render it in the web privacy policy.
