4325 - Add automatic WIZ Sensor install for OpenCTI

🗣 Description

The changes in this PR add SSM params and terraform definitions alongside updates to install-deps.sh to ensure that if the OpenCTI instance is every recreated, the WIZ sensor will automatically be installed on first boot.

The SSM parameters described in this PR have already been added to CAWS staging
