はじめまして。便利なプロジェクトを公開していただきありがとうございます。
README に「MITライセンスの元提供」「詳しくは LICENSE.txt を確認」との記載がありますが、リポジトリ内に LICENSE ファイルが存在しないようです（GitHub のライセンス検出でも未検出の状態です）。
標準的な MIT ライセンスのテキストで LICENSE.txt を追加しました。著作権表示は「Copyright (c) 2018 Code for Japan」（リポジトリの作成年）としていますが、年や名義にご希望があればお知らせください。修正して更新いたします。
ご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
