Dependabot bumped golangci-lint v1→v2, which removed the default: standard preset and broke the lint workflow. Also updates stale action versions (checkout@v3, setup-go@v3).

Linter config (golangci.yml)

• Replaces default: standard + 35-item enable: list with default: all + 18-item disable: list
• Each disabled linter is annotated with the reason; new linters are picked up automatically going forward

• actions/checkout@v3 → v4, actions/setup-go@v3 → v5

Code fixes (surfaced by broader default: all coverage)

• interface{} → any
• .Error() methods: fmt.Sprintf("x: %s", y) → "x: " + y
• == 404 → == http.StatusNotFound
• Package doc comments on client, format, main, mock
• testRepoFullName constant extracted in client_test.go (was repeated 7×)
