Python 3.15 support including binary wheels

Python 3.15 is expected to drop in a few months. To begin testing with the betas it would be great to have binary wheels and official support well in advance so this library does not become the long pole for adoption

Python 3.15 RC1 is out, so no further functional changes are expected from now on.
