This updates the documentation for connect-go v2. Code snippets and examples are rewritten for using the new version. Adds pages for migrating from v1, the in-process transport, and testing.
The v2 server interceptors wrap the stream and run before any message is read, so authenticating in an interceptor is safe now. This reverses the guidance added in #404 and supersedes #415
