Adds user docs for the MCP servers (GitHub, Airflow, Grafana, Snowflake) and backfills the AI tool pages.

The Snowflake page (DCV-4024) covers the Snowflake-managed MCP server: the create mcp server statement the customer runs in their own account, the key pair requirement, and the fact that it has no AI Tools toggle.
Note: this feature ships in 6.0. Hold publishing until 6.0 is released.
