- Update README with CI/license badges, a pip-based install section, a quick-start example, links to the new governance docs, and a 2026 packaging-modernization entry in the version history. - Remove committed ctags 'tags' files and ignore them going forward. pip installsection (reflecting the pyproject packaging from Fix install on Python 3.12+: migrate to pyproject.toml #2), a quick-start example, links to the governance docs (ROADMAP/CONTRIBUTING/GOVERNANCE), and a 2026 packaging-modernization entry. Replaces the stale "Version 0.1 / 2020.12.01"-only history.tagsfiles (mageck2/tags,rra/src/tags) and gitignore them.Docs/cleanup only; no code changes.
