Folder searches and document questions previously lost useful selection and evidence context, while Jobs and folder memory exposed disconnected paths. This change persists selections and conversation associations, routes folder questions through scoped decisions and grounded document reads, and connects reviewed copy/move/undo and restart recovery.
Adds bounded inventory activation, duplicate/sort and inbox triage recipes, scheduled folder deltas, parallel native sampling and summary batching, model-context prompt budgeting, package exclusions, and evidence encoding/review recovery. Updates the bundled Chutni revision, packaging, UI, and cross-platform fixtures.
The crash-recovery integration test now identifies its report by the job ID in its event stream. Background memory publication previously changed directory timestamps and could make the test verify an unrelated job. The regression deliberately updates a competing job directory, and CI assertion tracing makes future failures diagnosable.
Validation: GitHub CI on e58857f passed both macOS and Ubuntu jobs, including the Debian bookworm container gate. Fresh local macOS and Debian integration runs passed with the competing-directory regression. The prior full local macOS/Ubuntu/Debian results are recorded in docs/regressions/local-ci/2026-10-04/README.md and results.json.
Known remaining qualification: broader FW-6 app/real-model and mixed-document acceptance remains open, and FW-7 remains gated. This merge does not claim those tickets complete.
