• 여러 기수 소속 회원이 현재 기수 명단에서 빠지는 문제 및 기수 init API 권한 누락 #569 close

Tasks

• 여러 기수에 소속된 회원을 각 기수 명단에 모두 포함하도록 변경
  • findAllByCohort, findAllByCohortId, findAllMemberIdsByCohortIdAndAuthorityId를 마지막 소속 행이 아닌 해당 기수 소속 여부로 조회
  • 출석부 생성, 공지 읽음·푸시, 리마인더, 회식 초대, 과제 제출 행 생성에 반영
• 대표 기수(회원 목록 기수 표시, 내 정보 cohort)를 입력 순서가 아닌 가장 높은 기수 기준으로 변경
• 기수 init API(POST /v1/members/authority/cohort/init/{cohortId}/{memberId})에 update:member 권한 체크 추가
• MemberLatestCohortTest 추가

• Refactor: 권한/기수 시스템 리팩토링 #562 브랜치 위에서 작업했어요. Refactor: 권한/기수 시스템 리팩토링 #562 머지 후 develop으로 리베이스할게요.
• prod 기준 18기 명단은 161명 그대로이고, 17기 명단은 18기로 넘어온 58명이 포함돼 10명 → 68명이 돼요.
• 기수별 권한 판정(기수, 권한 시스템 리팩토링(다중 기수, 다중 권한 등) #541 태스크 2)과 팀 번호 기준은 이 PR 범위 밖이에요.
