When high-range clouds are used, downsampling might fail with "leaf size too small, integer would overflow", as too much voxels are required.
This allows to set a min and max to y,x,z point values to avoid this error with small voxel sizes, point more than 80m away are sparsely distributed anyway and won't add mush to the registration.
