Adding HackathonHost to the Closed Source section.

Disclosure: this is my own platform — I'm the founder. Happy to drop the entry if you'd rather keep self-submissions out, or to reword the description if it reads too promotional.

What it is: a white-label platform for running hackathons and game jams end-to-end — registration, team formation, weighted judging, certificates with QR verification, live event control and post-event analytics. Pricing is a flat fee per event rather than per participant or per seat, and it's free for universities.

Why it might fit the list: the existing closed-source entries lean toward recruiting-driven or enterprise platforms. This one is aimed at smaller organizing teams, and game jams are a first-class format rather than an afterthought — the judging model handles theme interpretation and art direction alongside the usual technical criteria.

Placed alphabetically between Devpost and HackHQ. Description kept to the same one-to-two sentence shape as its neighbours. It's in production use — recent public events include the Turkic Game Jam 2026 and the OYU GameDev Bootcamp, run by IGDA Azerbaijan and partners.
