This PR adds to new options:
--avail-job-backendsto show all supported job backends.--include-job-backendsto add location(s) of extra or customized job backends.This permits to add and/or test new job backends without modifying framework.
Tests have been added by mimicking the tests for
--include-toolchains/--include-module-naming-schemesNo AI tool was used.
