7.3-rc3 dropped CRYPTO_DRBG_{HMAC,MENU}, CRYPTO_GHASH_CLMUL_NI_INTEL,
NF_CT_PROTO_UDPLITE and renamed PROC_SYSCTL→SYSCTL; verify-config STICK gate was failing.
