SliceStatus resource #14

Emit a resource with each slice:

1. the resource should have a relation towards all the resources that the slice is using
2. the resource should show in its logs an overview of the deployment status of the slice resources
3. the resource should report to the git repo the status of the deployment (via tags, more details need to be figured out)
