Add dotenv, enterShell, env, files, packages, scripts, treefmt devshell modules. Wire dotnet, idris, lean, ocaml, pkl, racket, raku, sml, vlang language modules.
Also migrate dangling dependencies: crashtest, betamax, pdm-backend, rapidfuzz-cpp, taskflow, rapidfuzz, cleo, findpython, cachecontrol, pbs-installer, pkginfo, shellingham, requests-toolbelt.
Also drop unused poetry input from poetry-dynamic-versioning (tests are disabled, so the dependency was dead).
