Coverage qualification again returned DO_STORAGE_LIMIT, this time in the single-executable two-instance isolation case. All other candidate qualification jobs passed, including five install/upgrade platforms and stress.
Reduce only the coverage job debug metadata to line-tables-only while preserving instrumentation, optimization level, production storage watermarks and the 90% threshold. Print filesystem capacity after compilation and object retention, and upload single-binary failure logs without fixture databases or keys so any remaining capacity failure has direct evidence.
Validation: 46 Gate runner unit tests, two existing release workflow contract tests, baseline identity, formatting and diff checks passed.
