Readme example doesn't work, no Hamt import

The example in README.md fails to compile as there is no Hamt import.

Sure doesn't. Benchmarking Hamt isn't really relevant any more since it and Array are one and the same. Any suggestions for a new example? It's gotta be pretty simple!
