cBPF can't be run through BPF syscalls. We test the cBPF program by attaching via
SO_ATTACH_FILTERand reading the return value back throughrecv(MSG_TRUNC).Risk Level: Low
Testing: EnvoyDeterministicConnectionIdGeneratorFactoryTest cBPF now runs on Linux
