enable_resumptionoption to the downstream QUIC transport socket configuration. It allows disabling TLS session resumption (ticket support)for downstream QUIC connections, propagating the setting from the
QuicDownstreamTransportproto config to theEnvoyQuicServerSession.Risk Level: low
