Overview
Makes suggested share recipients look like pending attendees, not people who already have access.
The invite list is labeled Suggested attendees, with copy that nothing is sent until Invite is clicked. Share panels also get an Invite people heading for screen readers. Locale catalogs are updated with the new strings.
