[ Bug ] Submit Button Only Works on Second Submit

Describe the bug
When changing startup account fields, upon the first time clicking "submit" all changes are overwritten. Changes are only saved after clicking the submit button a second time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Account page for a startup page.
2. Change any field on a startup page.
3. Click "Submit"
4. Observe changes not persisting.
5. Make another field change.
6. Click "Submit" again.
7. Observe changes actually being made.

Expected behavior
We expect that the submit button should only be pressed once to save changes.
