There is a new version of Storybook with a good number of updates: https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/releases/tag/v9.0.0

Initial Quick setup (Per a quick check)

• Auto Upgrade: npx storybook@9 upgrade
• Remove svelte-preprocess from package.json and svelte.config.js
• Test and ship.
