Update URL of docker-compose.yml from "https://goauthentik.io/docker-compose.yml" to "https://docs.goauthentik.io/docker-compose.yml"

I vote against this personally. Both URLs are valid and it's merely a redirect. It works fine as is

I did this change because when you do curl -O https://goauthentik.io/docker-compose.yml it doesn't follow the redirect automatically.

@dominic-r Would you prefer to add the flag -L to curl in order to follow the redirect?
