Is the repo still maintained? #287
Description
aside - I really like this gem and it powers a lot of the critical workflows I use, and I have many things I'd love to upstream if possible. Looks like there was a decade of active development but there are no commits since 2023, the ruby version is past EOL, there's many open Issues and PRs, and lots of other PRs got closed before merge. I see there's a python version that has had more recent development so perhaps gocardless is pushing that direction forward more.
Is there a plan to continue maintenance? If not, I can create a maintained fork for things forward and thank you all so much for this gem. Otherwise I can open some pull requests.

Hello! Apologies for the late reply.
We are more than happy to take PRs if you want to submit them. Specifically on the maintenance side of things, we have recently released v3 which drops support for older Rubies (#332).
In my opinion, the gem is more or less feature complete but if you find something interesting to add, we'll review it!
