• Removed the Python importer & Dockerfile
• Remove the Python worker python code (left the Dockerfile and manifest/lockfile because other things are still using it)
• Removed gcp/workers/mock_test (which was a REST test mocker) and the tests in OSS-Fuzz that were using it (they shouldn't be talking to REST endpoints anyway)
• Regenerated the outdated OSS-Fuzz worker / importer test snapshots (There seems to be some changes that I don't really understand, but the changed files seem unrelated to the OSS-Fuzz stuff anyway 🤷)
