This patch adds support for adding the `$MANDREL_HOME/bin/native-image-configure` binary. That is useful to have for the `extract-sbom` command which is about to get into the 25.0 train here: graalvm/graalvm-community-jdk25u#84 If --skip-native is provided, the binary isn't produced. Only the underlying Java bits.

I'd prefer it going into master and potentially change if/when we do build mainline again. It's a fairly straight forward change: |
