Native authored startup now reports a fixed failure stage and, for compiler failures, an allowlisted typed code. Pre-reservation failures previously collapsed into the same generic message, hiding whether inputs, source selection, native planning or review refused. Existing startup codes, ownership, cleanup, cancellation and deadlines remain unchanged; arbitrary error text and private values stay omitted.

Validation: 55 closest startup/command tests passed (366 assertions), with the final helper extraction and formatting independently reviewed as equivalent. Current CLI typecheck, changed-file lint, privacy and diff checks passed. Independent source review binds exact head 99801ba6.

This is diagnostic support only. The preserved M5 ordinary-frontend trial exited before reservation with its original generic error; its lower cause remains unproven. No current diagnostic build or native/provider replay has run. All twelve exact-head CI checks passed at 99801ba. Current-base source review remains the final merge gate; this does not qualify a diagnostic build or live application replay.
