UI is not perfect -- the new toggling behavior does not know about the three modes of playing ACRN (both, left, or right) and treats them as all the same in terms of toggling. If one only uses the 'Play ACRN' button the behavior is identical to before.

Is this a desired feature? I like it because my tinnitus is mainly in one ear. Theoretically I would like to have the whole volume/frequency/acrn settable individually for each ear

@PeterVermont It's desired, I worked on forked author on this.

While not ideal, given that this only runs in a desktop environment, it enables me to open multiple tabs and play the output to each ear. I have to do a bit timing of when i start the tones otherwise each ear is playing out of sync.

Does that mean you will merge and close this PR? I would also suggest closing Shri's original #11

If I know that someone else is interested I will be more inspired to see if I can make other enhancements.

Truthfully though, I became less inspired and I read the paper indicating that you had to listen for many hours...
