Password mismatch on signup has no visible validation feedback #41

Issue:

Submitting different Password and Confirm password values does not create an account, but the page remains unchanged without an error summary, inline field error, or focus change. The user has no indication why sign-up failed.

Repro Steps

1. Open /signup.
2. Enter qa-mismatch@hiddenboss.test, password123, and different123.
3. Select Sign up.
4. Observe the unchanged form with masked values and no feedback (signup-mismatch.png).

Expected

A visible validation message should explain that the password confirmation does not match.
