Complete the Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translation of the Quick Capture plugin.

• Fill all 397 previously empty entries
• Adjust 7 existing translations for accuracy (Scroll, Spotlight, Thickness, etc.)
• All %1/%2 placeholders preserved
• JSON validated; key set unchanged
