Mohammed Huzaif Fahad

Go backend and infrastructure engineer in Bengaluru. I work on the load-bearing parts of cloud platforms: storage orchestration, cluster databases, high availability and billing. Before that I shipped Flutter apps, and I still do as founding engineer of OutRoute.

Most of my day job lives in private repos, so this page is the short version. The longer one is at huzaif.space.

  • OutRoute, a travel and experiences app. I'm the only engineer: a Go API on the standard library with PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSocket chat and streamed LLM itineraries, plus the Flutter app and a React console for agencies.
  • House of Football, a grassroots football platform I co-founded. I built most of the Go backend, including moderated real-time match-day chat over Centrifugo, load-tested with k6.
  • CodeScout, an open-source, self-hosted logging tool for Flutter developers. I contributed a merged fix to its log search.
