* feat: make SearXNG engines and language configurable createSearXNGAPI hardcoded its engine list, language, and timeout, so self-hosted instances could not opt out of DuckDuckGo. Instances without residential IPs get persistent CAPTCHAs from it, which degrades or empties web search results with no way to configure around it short of patching the published search.cjs after every upgrade. Add a searxngSearchOptions block on SearchConfig, matching the shape the Tavily, Keenable, and CRW providers already use, and change the third parameter of createSearXNGAPI from a bare agents object to those options so it carries the agents like the other providers do. engines, language, and timeout fall back to the previous values, and time_range is only sent when set, so an absent block leaves the outgoing request unchanged. timeRange is camelCase on the options interface to match TavilySearchOptions and is mapped onto the payload's time_range. categories stays derived from the tool's type argument and safesearch stays sourced from the top-level safeSearch config, since image, video, and news search depend on the former. Thread searxngSearchOptions through createSearchTool, which forwards each provider's options explicitly rather than spreading config, so the block would otherwise typecheck and then be dropped. Also drop defaultLocation from the SearXNG config, which was set but never read; language was hardcoded separately. * test: use real HTTP agent instances in SearXNG options tests
