…nversion (#444) * fix(responses): default missing annotations to [] before stream conversion Some OpenAI-compatible Responses API gateways omit the `annotations` field on `output_text` content parts in the terminal `response.completed`/`response.incomplete` events, even though the OpenAI SDK types declare it required. LangChain's `convertResponsesDeltaToChatGenerationChunk` maps over the field unconditionally, so a missing field crashed every streamed completion with "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')". Normalize terminal events before conversion so the stream survives a non-conforming provider. * fix: validate Responses annotations at runtime * test: type malformed Responses fixtures --------- Co-authored-by: Danny Avila <danny@librechat.ai>
