* feat(sdks): add lockdown scrape option (ENG-4815) Mirror the v2 API lockdown flag across all SDKs. Lockdown serves only previously cached results and never makes outbound requests; on miss the API returns 404 with SCRAPE_LOCKDOWN_CACHE_MISS. Version bumps: - js-sdk: 4.18.5 -> 4.19.0 - python-sdk: 4.22.3 -> 4.23.0 - rust-sdk: 2.1.0 -> 2.2.0 - ruby-sdk: 1.1.0 -> 1.2.0 - java-sdk: 1.2.2 -> 1.3.0 - elixir-sdk: 1.0.1 -> 1.1.0 - go-sdk and php-sdk are versioned via VCS tags / package manager. Parse uploads strip lockdown the same way they strip other cache hints. * fix(php-sdk): preserve scrape options compatibility
