tbench/dbench build fails

tbench install failed with below error:

==> Starting build()...
cp: cannot stat 'loadfiles/*.txt': No such file or directory
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...
Install tbench failed

I had a look at dbench repository [https://github.com/sahlberg/dbench.git], seems in recent version tbench build and install is removed. I have opened a issue against dbench sahlberg/dbench#9 , also raising a issue here as a place holder. @rli9 if you have any inputs please comment.

IMO we can decouple dbench and tbench pkg in lkp-tests, so that we can run tbench without hitting this issue. Remember mentioning same earlier in #191. @rli9 if you think this is ok, then I will give it a try again.

@rli9 we have decoupled tbench and dbench according to #191 but I few days back got a update from existing dbench repo maintainer that they will add back tbench support @ sahlberg/dbench#9 (comment)

So we would hold the local change what we have, depending on response we get with existing dbench repository maintainer we will decide whether to push our changes into LKP or not. Probably by next week end.

Update:

1. We have not heard back from Sahlberg regarding adding tbench support back to the updated dbench repository.
   In the meantime, we are encountering issues with the make install steps for dbench. We've opened another issue for this at: Build issue with dbench sahlberg/dbench#10

2. Meanwhile, while decoupling tbench and dbench, we are encountering an issue where lkp-tests skips the benchmark installation if a directory with the same name already exists. This happens because both the new tbench repository (installed from https://www.samba.org/ftp/tridge/dbench/) and the existing dbench repository (installed from https://github.com/sahlberg/dbench) use the same directory name: dbench.

If you have any tips on how to handle this, please let us know.
