   Here is my trick:

   GetCupertinoApp(
         home: Builder(
           builder: (context) {
             final theme = CupertinoTheme.of(context);
             return CupertinoScaffold(
               body: CupertinoTheme(data: theme, child: const HomeView()),
             );
           },
         ),
       );

   Simply wrap CupertinoScaffold with a Builder, get theme inside builder and outside CupertinoScaffold, and pass into CupertinoTheme
