0369: Jinja2 3.1.6 cannot fold template text inside an `{% autoescape %}`
whose value is known only at run time, so the text goes through finalize:
(escape if autoescape else str)(finalize((Markup if autoescape else
identity)(text))). The parser now makes a FinalizedTextRenderer for such
text when Settings::finalize is set; all other text stays RawTextRenderer.
New corpus cases cover escaping, Markup input, comments, raw blocks,
statement bodies, macros, blocks and whitespace control.
0385: the GCC 13 address+undefined build stopped on -Wsign-conversion in
the expressions_test Utf8ToWide helper (int mask assigned to uint32_t);
the masks are now unsigned.

Before: #753 (parity batch 3 group D) was final on a base that predates #751, so it had no CI result against current master and no perf verdict.
After: #753 is stacked on current master (b476f51) with the regenerated task index, so one CI run and one perf verdict cover the exact head that will merge. Closes tasks 0369 and 0385 (already marked done in #753); files 0389.
