Commands

The site is built with Zensical from zensical.toml and published to jkk-research.github.io by .github/workflows/deploy.yml. It is versioned with Zensical's fork of mike. The Publications list is generated from refs.bib by bibliography.py.

$ zensical serve
$ zensical build

Wiki

The wiki (wiki/) is a separate Zensical site, published to jkk-research.github.io/wiki by .github/workflows/deploy-wiki.yml. It uses the same version as the main site. Its version menu also lists dev and 2026-spring, from before the wiki had its own site: wiki/dev/ and wiki/2026-spring/ on the gh-pages branch hold redirect pages to the wiki inside those versions of the main site (/<version>/wiki/).

$ zensical serve
