blockstate minecraft:grass missing

i was trying to export a minecraft world to obj and the log said "ERROR: Couldn't find blockstate minecraft:grass in any resource pack!". i use jmc2obj to export mcworlds to an obj format for blender, so when i put the world in blender, the short grass wasn't there. the texture isn't just there, the faces the texture would be attached to also isn't there. i tried exporting the world 3 other times after noticing this and the same error appeared for all of them and this was the same result for all 3.
