Adds Busleyden Guard to the alphabetized Tools section using one factual line consistent with the contribution guidelines.
Since this pull request was opened, Guard added a standalone, versioned GitHub Action alongside its publicly installable App. For a supported authentication change, the candidate test passes on the PR and fails against a targeted security-bypass mutation before the merge obligation clears.
