Building clinical, operational and medico-legal systems from real-world workflows.

I am a Brazilian physician (CRM-ES 21188) working in emergency care and as a court-appointed medical expert.
I build software around problems I have actually met in clinical and medico-legal work.
That usually means starting with the workflow itself: what happened, what is known, what is still uncertain, what needs a source, and what the software must never invent.
Real workflow → clear rules → usable software.
Each repository is a separate product or experiment. This is a public portfolio, not an index of private workspaces or internal engineering materials. Follow each project's README for its source, implementation, tests and maturity.
| Product | Category | Purpose / current scope |
|---|---|---|
| Quem Votar? | Civic technology | Evidence-linked public electoral information; independent of health and personal tools. |
| ZeraPS | Emergency medicine | Clinical documentation and temporal workflow; development/validation, not certified bedside software. |
| MedPer | Medico-legal workflow | Structured forensic assessment, references and document preparation; distinct from the calculator toolkit. |
| Kit do Perito | Medico-legal tools | Standalone Balthazard and AIPE/Brasil calculators with methodological notes. |
| EcoMaster Pro | Educational product · commercial concept | Echocardiography education and structured references; subscription model is a future possibility, not a live service. |
| Joyce · Estudos | Medical education · earlier implementation | Residency performance analytics, error tracking and adaptive review. |
| AuditorES | Healthcare operations | Audit-oriented decision support and traceable operational information. |
| VoeTupper | Independent business software | CRM and workflow tools for a direct-sales team; not part of the clinical or academic products. |
| JR · Professional website | Professional presence | Source repository for the public professional website. |
Find existing code: start with the product's README. Its implementation, documentation, tests and PR history belong to that repository. A portfolio entry does not imply interoperability or production readiness.

Links lead to separately maintained demonstrations. Their presence is not an assertion of clinical validation, subscription availability or live third-party integrations.
These are small rules, but they matter in clinical software:
missing data ≠ negative finding
template ≠ performed examination
suggestion ≠ clinical fact
evidence ≠ conclusion
new information ≠ old state rewritten
automation ≠ authority
I care about speed, but not at the cost of turning uncertainty into a false fact.

I am currently interested in:
- clinical workflow and documentation;
- healthtech product development;
- professional workflow automation;
- medico-legal technology;
- healthcare operations and decision support;
- tools that return professional attention to the work that actually requires judgment.
I like software that removes repetitive work without pretending to replace professional judgment.
I am interested in conversations around digital health, clinical software, healthcare operations, medico-legal technology and physician-led product development.
