docs(release): sync qualified 0.6.1 content to main - #940
Keep the main-branch documentation consistent with the qualified 0.6.1 release PR. The normal Pages workflow builds from main and permits publication after the configured stable version is published. Leaving the preparation notices on main would allow a later Pages run to replace the final release documentation with stale preparation text.
Copy the five final documentation files from release PR #936. The release manifest, chart metadata, runtime source, workflows, and qualification inputs remain unchanged. The exact qualified candidate at 6f6020e stays frozen.

Risk and Compatibility
Documentation only. The published-stable guard continues to report published=false for 0.6.1, so this PR does not deploy the site before publication. The source and version pins match the qualified release documentation. It does not create a tag, change the release manifest, or authorize stable publication.
Verification
Strict devenv shell -- make docs-build: 940 rendered HTML files; zero link, fragment, navigation, content, or duplicate-ID errors.
hack/docs/check-published-stable.sh: 0.6.1 remains unpublished; site publication is blocked.
Exact file comparison with qualified head 6f6020e: all five documentation files match.
Full 0.6.1 qualification run 42350006858 passes all 70 jobs, including 47 release E2E jobs. This docs-only PR does not change its head or patch base.
Reviewer Notes
The visible stable content in this PR is the final content for 0.6.1. Pages retains the existing public site until the 0.6.1 GitHub Release is published. Hold release PR #936 unmerged and leave release-publish approval untouched.

The maintenance release includes security fixes, updates related to Helm admission policies and small-cluster Autopilot, denial-of-service fixes, and restore-version support.
Documentation
Release qualification checks and an upgrade rehearsal from 0.6.0 are documented. The checks cover the stated release profile and do not validate every deployment environment.
The documentation now identifies OpenBao Operator 0.6.1 as the current stable release. It describes the release scope and links to recorded qualification checks, including an upgrade rehearsal from published 0.6.0.

Merge Risk: Low · up to c4f08
The live site remains protected from premature publication, but repository readers and local previews can mistake 0.6.1 for an available release and follow incompatible instructions. These are bounded documentation issues that warrant correction or explicit owner acceptance.

- Line 14: Update the 0.6.1 release entry so it is not presented as the latest
published release or linked to its archive before publication, while ensuring it
appears in the released site once published. Use the project’s existing release
publication mechanism, preserving the current listing behavior for published
releases.
Review comments at @website/content/releases/0.6.1.md:
- Line 4: Update the release page’s eyebrow and corresponding release notes to
restore the pending-publication notice, and keep that notice in place until
0.6.1 is published; do not present the release as available before its lookup
and CRD asset are accessible.
Review comments at @website/data/version_lines.yaml:
- Around line 4-5: Update the version-line configuration so prepublication
previews identify 0.6.1 as pending and show the publication notice, while the
published site retains its current-stable label and notice behavior; use the
existing preview-versus-published configuration mechanism rather than changing
both environments globally.
