Add pana-score CI step to all package test workflows - #552

Runs leancodepl/mobile-tools pana-score action after each package's test job to surface pub.dev-style scoring as a commit status and step summary, without failing CI on a low score.
Adds each workflow's own path under .github/workflows/ to its push and pull_request path filters so editing a test workflow (e.g. the pana-score step) exercises it, instead of relying on package path changes alone.
Uses 68d925e42153f53e69d6c2501534f0c3c0a1a3be instead of the pana-score-v1 tag for a reproducible, tamper-resistant reference.
Mirrors leancodepl/patrol#3221: pana-score now runs as an independent pana-score job (own checkout, own permissions) instead of a trailing step in the test job, and is pinned to e9f138c252f8e2254c88273367958fcc6bb39cad (pana-score-v1.3).
